  • Where can I find my rent payment and lease details?

Your Online Portal gives you 24/7 access to pay rent and lease documents. Click here to set up your Online Portal.

  • How do I report maintenance issues or request repairs?

You can report maintenance issues via your Online Portal and one of our customer service agents will be in touch.

  • Is renter’s insurance required?

Certainly, renters insurance is mandatory. The policy's liability coverage must be a minimum of $300,000.

  • What are the rules regarding pets, if any?

If your unit permits pets, contact our rental office to have your cat or dog added to your lease agreement. A monthly pet rent is required in addition to your monthly rent amount. For more information, please review our Pet Policy.

  • What if I plan to move?

We’d be delighted if you chose to remain, but if you decide to leave, kindly provide your move-out notice via your Online Portal, or in writing, at least 30 calendar days before your lease-end date.

  • Winter Maintenance Tips

    • Turning the thermostat back 10-15 degrees for 8 hours every day can save up to 15% on the heating bill.
    • Switch the ceiling fan to run CLOCKWISE at a low speed to help distribute heat in the home more efficiently.
    • Turn the water heater down to a normal setting to help with heating costs. Most homes require about 120 degrees.
  • General Maintenance Tips

    • Annually check toilet and sink supply lines to ensure there are no leaks.
    • Check for any cracks, gaps, drafts, or other needed repairs around your windows & doors.
    • Check for any holes in your window screens as you remove them for winter.
    • When adding fresh mulch each season, be sure to keep it below your siding to prevent moisture & insects from getting inside your home.
    • Be sure to double check your spigot pipes for leaks prior to using them each Spring.
    • When Spring approaches, take time to check for loose or lifted shingles/siding, ripped screens, etc. that may have occurred from Winter weather.
    • On a monthly basis, air filters should be checked and/or replaced.
    • On a monthly basis, check smoke and CO detectors. Do not remove and/or disconnect at any time.
